Anyways, so I turn on the game, and everything is WAYYY TOO DARK. Only when I uninstalled then reinstalled the game I had to. I have a real copy though and not an illegal one. When I try to do the latter method, the game asks for a release date check, but the bar never moves. After everything is done, I open the enbinjector, then start GTAIV by clicking on the application in the folder since I can't play the game through LaunchGTAIV.exe. So I clicked yes to all, and then I proceeded to with the other folders in similar fashions by following their readme's. I figured that the EFLC folder was the one for the 1040 version of the game so I opened it up and copied the contents to my GTAIV folder which then prompted me several times to replace other contents in the folder. They came in folders called: DKT_ROADS, BISONSALES_TEX, HQ_BLOOD, METALLIC_PAINT, 1070, OPTIMUS_GPUS, and EFLC. So I downloaded all the files and extracted them to the desktop.
